hey i bought a novak brushless rooster, in the description it says input 2 cells lipo max, but my battery have 4 cells + ESC + BEC, would it still work or it would blew my motor up

yea man, go 2 ya local hobby shop. ask 4 a 1;10 rc car probrally from hpi, tamiya, or yokomo.
u probrally can get get 1 from the street next to loi yan gai
