amzn.to This is a review of a personal S107G Yellow Dual Bladed Gyro Helicopter. This S107G is actually personal cause I MODDED it by removing the back bars. There for the heli is a lot lighter and can move a lot faster. But this is all up to you so you guess and you and see what you think. I would like you to comment you and everything. Thanks for reading and watching. amzn.to
In the realm of affordable, Ready-To-Fly, micro-sized aircraft, Silverlit and Spinmaster just keep raising the bar! Their tandem-rotor Chinook-style Twin Thunder looks like a couple of Havoc Helis that were born as conjoined twins. The reflexes you’ve learned flying the Havoc Heli or PicooZ will serve you well when piloting the Twin Thunder, but its three control channels and manual trim-adjustments for both left-right rotation and forward-backward pitch make for an altogether more satisfying, more engaging experience than that offered by less complex models.
*For some reason my camera didn’t auto focus. Sorry bout that* Thanks to Re’s apps’ ability to “learn” IR codes I was able to teach it the codes for my R/C helicopter. The helicopter is, obviously, controlled by infrared. As you can see some fine tuning is needed. And i’d have to make a button for each level of power for turning left, right, going forward and backwards. This is because the throttle must be on for the helicopter to turn. Materials: ThinkGeek’s Micro Metal Gyro Helicopter (Black) www.thinkgeek.com iPod Touch 4th Gen (aside from the iPhone, i think the 4th gen iPod Touch is the only one compatible with Re’s IR dongle) Re’s IR dongle (any one may work as long as it has the “learn” function www.newkinetix.com Also, you can hold down each button to make the throttle power level stay at that point. Thats what i did towards the end of the video when the helicopter went out of control. The idea came to me when i decided to test out the dongle’s ability to control “any” IR controlled device. Turns out their marketing works. **I am in no affiliation with New Kinetix, Apple, or ThinkGeek. I jus happened to have each of their products and make them work together ;)**
This is bambi playing his new 4 Channel R/C Gyro Not-so-Mini Gyroscope Helicopter. Good feature of a 4 channel is roll left/right. Flying experience is great, charge for 30 mins or so for a 8-12 minutes playing. Bought this on eBay. Thanks to girlfie for giving me such wonderful birthday gift!
This video is a concatenation (or “compilation” if you prefer) of two videos of the Havok Stinger (R/C helicopter) buzzing around in my room. More info. on my website on its web page at ledmuseum.candlepower.us
