I don’t own one, and neither do most if not all of the people who browse this Aircraft section. Maybe it would be more appropriate to post this question in the toy section.
However, I will say, I am familiar with the product you speak of and being how light it is and the fact it is for indoor flying, I am sure it would be quite difficult to have an impact that was hard enough to do serious damage.

Save your cash, EVERYTHING I’ve purchased with the “Air Hogs” label was bonafide JUNK.

I have to agree with bleed, I purchased one 6 weeks ago for my nephew, got everything in it that was on TV, here is what happened;
1. started, difficult to take off, skews left/right, up and down fairly rapid, took at least 5 flights (I only got about 8 minutes of power before I had to recharge it)
2. you will need the extra blades, order more, as I broke the first set in the 3rd flight, the body foam, fairly sturdy, Blade plastic crappy
3. Nephew got it, wrecked it (he is 14) in 15 minutes. Sent it back as “defective” and am still waiting for the replacement.
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, So I cannot complain, it is pretty crappy, don’t expect to see it last!! (only for indoor use, better have plenty of space, and soft carpets!!)
