I've spent a considerable amount of time with this R/C helicopter and I still have difficulty navigating it correctly. I've mastered vertical throttle and use of the trim controls, but the left and right directional controls leave much to be desired. In my experience, sliding the directional control to the left only makes the helicopter spin in a counter-clockwise fashion while sliding the control to the right allows for a something of a circular clockwise flightpath. I've used all three of the included foil nose-weight adhesive tabs yet the helicopter still has trouble with forward flight. Beyond that, the toy is very durable and fun to play with even if all you're doing it controlling vertical flight and landing it. Oh, and it's also quite fun to mess with your dog using the helicopter.

Bought this for my 6 yr old nephew. He loved to fly it into walls and such. That didn't do much damage. But the rotors do get hair caught in them and that just kills it's flying ability. Would not purchase this product again.

Purchased the Air Hogs Micro Havoc Heli as a gift for a 12 year old. The toy never got more than a foot off the ground and styrofoam body was broken after less than an hour.

They are fun while they last. I am not happy with the quailty of them. The company does offer a 90 day warrenty, good thing because they didnt last 3 hours. Could of been a defect but all 3. You decide.

I have long had two dreams: 1) to own a totally electric car so as to save polar bears in the antarctic; and 2) to build the world's first hovercraft.

I came across this toy and quickly figured out that I could realize both of my dreams together.

So, I bought 342 of these helicopters and taped them to the top of my Hummer H2. After charging all the helicopters I turned them on and got ready for take-off.

It didn't quite work.
