rcsurfing.net was a site I made back in ‘03-’05 which had video and pics of my surfers and a forum. It died a natural death but not before exposing the model to the select few who find r/c surfing worth investing their time and coin.. ***Big thanks to Adrian Miller for the filming*** Iv had a few requests for help with finding and surfing r/c surfers. First, to find these is like finding hens teeth. They were discontinued by Kyosho in late 2002, this is why they are becoming quite rare. There’s a yellow ‘fake’ set up coming out of China- beware of them, they are substandard and need a lot of work to get them anywhere near ocean worthy. You can try rcsurfers.com.au to score a new model called “Tubey”. They are made by the inventors of the original rcsurfer. Failing that, try e-bay for second hand set ups.
